Agentless Backup VMWare

I have a question about the agentless based backup feature. Currently all my Windows VMWare virtual servers are being backed up via an agent installed on each server. I have a few non windows based VM's i would like to back up. If i link Rapid Recovery to my ESXI hosts, can i pick just the VM's i want to back up agentlessly and have the others back up via agent? I wasnt sure if once i linked ESXi host to Rapid Recovery that all VM's on that host would be backed up via agentless or i have the ability to pick which Vm's to use agentless
