• Unable to see Peoplesoft connect option even with Admin Rights

    Hi,

    I have Full Admin rights on STAT but i am still unable to see any line item on Peoplesoft connect options. My co-worker is able to see the line items and we share the same rights on STAT.

    How do I exclude inactive service domains from the STAT Central Agent Status pop-up?  Having the "Not Responding" in red for those two domains that no longer are active, and can't be deleted, is just confusing.
