Migrating to new instance - Active Admin

My company recently took over support for a customer. They asked to have their Active Administrator instance updated (from 8.2). While attempting to do so, we discovered that the last company did not document the passphrase. Support has informed us that we need to stand up a new instance. Ok, no problem. However, the customer has a number of custom reports and alerts. Is there any way to export them from the old instance and import them into the new?
