In ApexSQL Refactor, how can we get Begin and End control flow statements to line up when indented?

We check the option to indent BEGIN/END keywords and specify four spaces for the indent level. But the formatting only indents the Begin keyword. The End keyword is always aligned 4 spaces to the left of the Begin keyword. Is there another option we might need to be setting to get these two keywords to line up?
