ApexSQL Search - Error opening Database object search

Hi,

I installed ApexSQL search add-in into SSMS V18.12.1. The installation is completed successfully but when I would like try the feature using the Object search I am getting an error message showing as Error opening Database object search.

Please advice.

    In this case, you should be able to open the database object search. but if you are getting errors in the Database object search I will try to verify the permissions: 

    1.      Windows user account with administrative privileges.

    2. SQL rights to see the objects that you want to search. 

    If you cover these 2 points and you still have the issue I recommend you to open a support ticket in the Quest portal.
