The given key was not present in the dictionary

Hi,

I am attempting to trial the Apex SQL data diff tool.  I am attempting to connect to an sql 2012 server for the data source and an azure sql server for the data target.  

I reveive this error:

Cannot connect to database 'source_database' on server 'source-server'

The given key was not present in the dictionary.

followed by an ok button.

I've attempted to connect with active directory integrated as well as sql server creds.  Both accounts are system admin level.

Perhaps SQL server 2012 is not supported?

Is this the right place for trial support?

    Regarding your questions please see my comments:

    In this case SQL server 2012 is supported. 

    "Is this the right place for trial support?"

    No, this connection issue should not be related to the trial. At this point, we need to take a look at the logs, and we suggest you open a Support Ticket to help you with the issue.
