I have been a long time Archive Manager administrator. Just recently we let our support account lapse because we are reaching the end of a migration period away from Archive Manager. Long story short ... I have a need to figure out how to configure Archive Manager to use SMTP through Office 365 to send/forward archived messages. I have located the following support article, but I no longer have access to view it.
Can someone please check on that article and let me know what it says?
<soapbox>It seems pretty petty that Quest won't let you see Knowledge Base articles with an expired support subscription. I get it that I cannot download any new software, but support for an existing install - I should have access to that type of info.</soapbox>
