I am trying to migrate archive manager services server installed on 2008r2 server to another server with 2016 windows server.
we have a separate sql server , separate web server and separate services server. I’ve followed installation guide and completed pre- requisites and now am running the installation wizard but the sql serve section is where I have stuck. I am mentioning the correct name of sql database but setup is unable to find the sql database. Sql server is ping able and telnet to port 1433 is happening from new services server to sql server and both are on same subnet. Any guesses ?
