What are the supported office setup versions for installing on Archive Manager services server for running for support ESM service.

What are the supported office setup versions for installing on Archive Manager services server for running for support ESM service. I am following the install guide of AM 5.8 which says

MAPI support for Exchange 2019, 2016, 2013 or 2010:
Microsoft Outlook 2019 volume licensed (32-bit)
Microsoft Outlook 2013 SP1 (32-bit, requires KB3114941 and KB4022169)
Microsoft Outlook 2013 (32-bit)

I am unable to find 2013 as its no more available. Even office 2019 32 bit is vaguely available. Could you suggest something which is tested and available. Please suggest the office setup version and not just the outlook as outlook is only available as part of office setup.

Also, i have installed office 2013 32 bit pro plus as its available. Will that work with AM 5.8 for ESM services as MAPI pre-requisite.

Hi Sharmaashish,

We only reference the outlook version because Archive MAnager only needs Outlook installed on the server and not the rest of the Office apps. To get access to Office 32 bits you can check the following URL from Microsoft: support.microsoft.com/.../download-and-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-or-office-2019-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658

If you have a Microsoft account before downloading Office you would be able to choose between 32 or 64 bits versions
