Outlook 2013 is end of life in April, 2016 and 2019 outlook will not be supported by Microsoft for connections to Exchange Online from October 2023.

When will quest support the M365 versions of outlook?

Hello Matthew,

Our Product Team is reviewing other options for O365 connectivity, at the moment the supported versions are Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2019.

Outlook 2021, Outlook 365, or EWS connections are still being reviewed and we should know soon as the end of life is close.

I will update this thread as more information is provided

Hello Steve,

We are currently using Outlook 2019 as the preferred MAPI client in a combination with Azure App OAuth and MSGraph. We haven't received any news for Outlook 365 support but we are actively testing the functionality with new releases.

Outlook 2019 cant be purchased, we run on Azure infrastructure so the anti competitive case brought by Amazon means MS wont sell 2019 for use on non dedicated hardware. When will 2021 or 365 support be added?
