We are new to using the Binary Tree Pro software so we have very little knowledge and experience of using Binary Tree.
We are trying to establish the correct way to get a migrated user account group membership to appear in the membership tab on the account.
So when we migrate a user - the group membership is empty at present i.e. none of the security groups membership is shown
To get the group membership to show we have to then sync all the security groups which take some time
Is there a way to get the group membership to appear in a migrated user account straight away?
We have already synced all groups across and they are present in the target domain and in the database.
