Earlier in May, Quest Cork team members Linda Burrell, Paul Finn and and Christian Scheller took time out of their schedules to volunteer at Darkness Into Light, an annual event that raises funds for Pieta House, a local charity which provides suicide-prevention and grief counseling.
The event includes a 5K in which participants meet before dawn and walk or run to meet the sunrise at the finish line. More than 8,000 people across Cork took park in this year's fundraiser, and Linda, Paul and Christian were among the roughly 100 local volunteers who pitched in to help the event run smoothly. Hats off to all three for giving back to such a worthwhile cause!
