CRN Partner Program

Our partners at Quest and One Identity are crucial to the achievement and growth of our business. That’s why we created the Quest and One Identity Partner Circles: To offer our partners the tools, resources and expertise they need to deliver the latest in differentiated technologies to their customers, so that we all get the most out of our partnership.

So, we are excited to announce that the partner programs by Quest and One Identity have earned five-star ratings from CRN’s Partner Program Guide for the second year in a row!

The 2022 Partner Program Guide offers the information solution providers need to evaluate channel programs operated by the IT vendors they work with or are considering partnering with. This year, the Guide accepted detailed applications from over 300 IT vendors that outlined every aspect of their partner programs. After careful consideration, CRN selects Five Start partner programs based on which vendors’ programs offer the most:

  • Comprehensive incentives
  • Training
  • Services
  • Benefits

Both the Quest and One Identity Partner Circle Programs are multi-level, with each level providing different rewards based on a partner’s level of commitment. No matter what level they’re on, partners will receive the resources and training they need to conduct business in today’s highly competitive and ever-evolving marketplace.

Success and growth for Quest and One Identity have been led by our channel community across all business units and all regions.  Collaboration and enablement with our partners allow our best-of-breed solutions to find unprecedented paths to new customers and we’ve seen amazing increases in services revenue for the channel as well.  The recognition for many years of having a five-star rating for our program shows our commitment to the channel community for long-term strategic relationships." - Todd Werner, Global VP of Channels and GM of Emerging Markets at Quest and One Identity.

“Enhanced relationships with our partnerships have yielded increased commitment and rapid channel growth,” said Andrew Clarke, Global Head of Channel and Alliances at One Identity. “Our goal with the program is to really understand our partners' go-to-market strategy and what they need to increase self-sufficiency. By focusing on first-hand feedback from our partners, we’ve been able to offer new resources and training to increase our channel momentum and help our partners adopt the business development models they need to help customers secure the rapid proliferation of identities.”

Todd Werner and Andrew Clarke have also been recognized in CRN’s Channel Chiefs Guide as executives who know how to create partner programs that deliver.
