Quest has been awarded a 2021 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award in the Voice of the Customer category. As a twelfth consecutive year recipient of The Voice of the Customer award, Quest continues to be recognized for our outstanding commitment and unique approach to capturing and acting upon feedback to deliver an excellent customer experience.

The awards program honors clients dedicated to achieving universal customer excellence and who have demonstrated tangible business improvements as a result. As a recipient of this award, Quest has proven our commitment to customers by continually evolving our customer experience program to gather better insights and fuel smarter, faster action. We earned the award based on our commitment to addressing customer feedback and taking actionable steps to ensure we have the most positive customer experience – from a technical support, customer service, license administration and customer engagement perspective.

The ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards program was established in 2005 to recognize outstanding achievement in customer excellence. Receiving an ACE Award is a distinct honor that demonstrates both rigorous application of customer and employee experience processes and outstanding performance as measured by those processes. All Forsta customers are eligible for ACE Awards for their company, business units, or segments of a business.
