KACE UserKon Hands On Lab

We’re so excited that KACE UserKon 2022 is back as an in-person event.  It allows us to bring back our Hands-On Lab sessions so that you can roll up your sleeves and get elbow-deep in learning how to make the most of your KACE products.  We have Hands-on Lab sessions on each of the main conference days. They’re broken out in Advanced and Intermediate levels so we can address your concerns whether you’ve just been handed the reins of your organization’s endpoint management or you’re a veteran KACE user. There are sessions for everyone.

Advanced users can choose from nine sessions led by Quest KACE product experts and expert KACE users.  Maybe you need to get more in-depth practice on SMA database management.  On Tuesday, Sept 13 and Wednesday, Sept. 14, you can go on an SMA Database Walkabout with Quest product experts Christopher Blake, Kent Feid and Phillip Hopper.  They’ll give you the skills you need build complex reports or third-party integrations with confidence.

Rules are made to be broken. With that in mind, Advanced users will want to join Quest Software Engineers, Andy Flesner and Kevin Gherke, and Development Engineer, Phillip Hopper, on Wednesday, Sept. 14 and Thursday, Sept. 15, for Breaking all the Rules with KACE SMA Rules. This hands-on lab offers a dive deep into how KACE ticket rules work. You’ll also learn how to build some of the most useful rules available.

Intermediate KACE users can choose from seven hands-on lab sessions over the three days of KACE UserKon. Each day of UserKon we’re offering Agile, Collaborative, Secure: Planning for Windows 11. Because Windows 11 is still so new, it’s hard to know what to plan for.  Trust Quest experts, Joe Johnstone and James Rico to show you how to create a unique Windows 11 experience for each user. They’ll introduce you to innovative form factors, easily personalized and persistent desktops and seamless integration with collaboration tools. And they’ll show you how to do it all using your preferred deployment and endpoint management processes.

No matter your experience level or if you have one, two or more KACE solutions, the Hands-on Labs are designed to help you get better acquainted with your products and learn new ways to get the most out of your investment.  We can’t wait to see you at KACE UserKon in September.
