Rename built-in groups

Is there a way to rename the built-in groups for Change Auditor, QER, RMAD?

I know the option to edit is grayed out in the settings but wondering if there is another way.

Disregard. I just created new groups with our RBAC standards to replace the built-in groups and removed all users from those. Haven't yet decided if I want to go ahead and delete the built-in groups but at least with Change Auditor I can protect those groups from anyone making any changes to them or adding any members.
