Hi Faiz,
You will not need to install the complete Change Auditor. You can simply install the agent service from the Change Auditor client either press Ctrl+F8 or click View | Deployment. Use the drop down selectors to choose DCs and which forest. Identify the DC that does not have the agent, select it and right click to choose 'Install or Upgrade...'. It will not take much time at all to do this operation.

can you please explain in details or maybe share the steps on which system i need to press crtl+f8 ? does that mean i dont have to download agent installer?
