Service status of "status unknown" after upgrade from 11.1 to 11.3

Just upgraded to 11.3 from 11.1 and now all of the remote DC's show service status as unknown. Were working fine prior to upgrade. I rebooted the DA server and checked to make sure the services were indeed running on the remote DC's, even restarted them... still can not see anything on the remote DC's. Anyone else have this issue, or a solution? Thanks!
