Ability to format text when using the Message Box element

We use the message box element to display our logon banner which includes some security items. We change the message each month. There have been some questions around being able to format the text to make it stand out more. Larger text size, bold, italics, etc..... I think it would be a great addition and would help any messages displayed stand out better for our users. Thanks.
