Add support for Chrome to the Web Browser object

Currently, the Web Browser object within Desktop Authority only supports Internet Explorer and Firefox. I would like for Chrome to also be supported.

NOTE: The alternative of using the Group Policy Templates object works but requires the additional configuration steps of downloading and importing the Chrome admx into the Desktop Authority console.
