Allow more than 99 items per page in web management

It would be very good to allow more than 99 items per page in web management profile configuration pages.

Till now the maximum value that can be entered for "items per page" is hard coded to be 99.

I guess it is for performance reasons, but admins could decide on themselves what is the more important thing.
