Off Network should be available to devices without them having previously connected to our domain. Maybe have an installer that can setup the necessary files and settings
Also, the configurations should be accessed by the off network device through the sever. For example I can allow access through my router via a public IP address. So my off network device should be able to talk to that IP and get all it's settings and access from my server itself
Paying for Amazon Web Service is a terrible way of doing this
