Find duplicate users prior to renaming

I'm looking to be able to run a duplicate user report where we plan on renaming the samAccount during the migration session in MMAD. Is this possible with ER?

For example the source account is rsmith but it will be rich.smith when we migrate the account to the target. I'd like a report that could construct that target name based on first and last name in the source, and then check if that account exists in the target.

Thanks Ivan! Would it be possible to remove any spaces from the first.last name generated, and then search for duplicates?
