Requesting a Custom report to List all Computers Which do not Have a Particular Hotfix Installed. Parameters should include Domain, Include the following Computers, Hotfix Name.

To make OU filtering work you have to run both AD and computer discovery. Without running AD discovery, OU filtering and OU information will be unavailable but the report will still work.
