How can i create a report to compare two file servers and display differences in shares and permissions?

This is more for a DFSR configuration to ensure replication of Files/Folders/Shares and Permissions

    Hello, 

    I have uploaded a report which will show the NTFS differences between two selected computer.  It will show files which only exist on one server, as well as files with different sizes or permissions.

    Hi Peter, Thank you so very much for this report.. its a definate start in the right direction. i like that we can exclude shares.. If i may request that we tweak it a little.. 

    Can we also have options to Include specific shares? so that we also have the option to filter only shares that we know of that exists on both servers and then show the differences between the two.. so it would look like

    \\Server 1\Finance

    Account       Applies To      Is Inherited   Permissions  Type

    \\Server 2\Finance

    Account     Applies To        Is Inherited    Permissions Type

    if we dont specify which to show, then it would just show all the differences between the two servers as you have it now..

    Let me know your thoughts..

    Hello DF, 

        I have updated the report to have parameters for both include and exclude of shares.  I have also updated to layout a touch to better match your example.  It is available at the same link.
