Looking for report that shows access to Office365/Azure without going through VPN

I'm looking for a report that shows who is accessing O365/Azure using their own equipment and not going through VPN on our provided machines (GFE's). I wasn't sure if there is any way to get this information. Also any report that shows access through VPN. Any input is appreciated.

Microsoft 365 is hosted remotely. But there are situations where you might be working remotely through a VPN and find that you need to access Microsoft 365 applications. Microsoft 365 will not behave differently simply because you use a VPN. forpc jfi.cam/jiofilocalhtml/
