Combine Reports of "Domain Groups and Members" and "Domain Computer with Member Of Information"

I need the custom report in csv format.

I also want the computer groups to included with the Nested members as well and to be able to add a filter for the Domain Group names.

Just for clarification,
I think you are looking for the list of all Computers whose computer groups contain any of the 'filtered'(3) Domain Groups,
and to show the recursive membership of those matching computer groups or show the recursive membership of the filtered groups?

I know it is pulling in a lot of data for the report, however, I killed it after an hour of running.  Here are the fields I need from both reports:

This report will not allow me to either any groups in the field "Include domain groups to search for computer groups they belong to".  I was able to fill this field in the first version you sent.
