Need a report that lists groups with a disabled user account in managedBy field

Have you considered having Reporter reach into ARS to pull the deprovisioned state virtual attribute?

I have updated the title and the post because it as not quite clear. I have edited the built in "Domain Groups without Members" report to suit my needs but the data generated was not visibly accurate. Say I had two groups with a disabled user account assigned to the managedBy field the report would look like below when I just need it to list the two groups. Would prefer the report to look a little better before sending it out to the team and I don't know why it is reporting it this way.

Have you tried to enable grouping on the ManagedBy field?

I have played around with it but it didn't change the output in the report. I still get the group name repeated multiple times.
