Is there a report to show only modified and write permissions?

I assume you are talking about an NTFS report?

In the Report Manager, find the report that approximately give you the raw data you need.

An annotated list of reports is available here.

In the Report Manager, copy and paste the report that gives you the raw data you want to My Reports.

I looked at this but I don't see "Modify" in the parameter properties to select.

You need to add a new parameter.

Thank you for your response but I did this and it doesn't give the "Modify" to select under the permissions.

The items I highlighted at the bottom of the screen cap are what constitute "Modify" permissions on files and folders.

i.e.

Create Files / Write data

Create Folders / Append data
