Need Custom Report

I am using a canned report, Domain Groups and Members. The raw CSV output is great but I would like to add four columns at the end (right side of CSV)

1. Keep/Remove

2. Removal Incident

3. Reviewer

4. Date Reviewed

Hello,

It is a little unclear what you would like done for this request. There is no feature available in the product to add additional columns to the CSV output outside of our collected fields.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.
