We are looking for a report which gives us the below details from a group which we specify
for now I am getting the date,Group name ,list of group members, but couldn't get the count ( total no of members in group)

I can see why you are having some issues with that report as it is a custom query report which just return specific values. I have one last question for you. As you seem to be interested in modifying the reports would you like a set of instructions on modifying a report, Domain Groups and Members on how to display the count or would you just like a modified report which has the count,
