The Report Manager will allow report administrators to make changes to their own scheduled reports and the scheduled reports of others.
For example, one admin builds reports in "My Reports", moves them up to "Published Reports", and schedules them to run. The second admin then pulls a report from "Published Reports" into "My Reports" and is able to make any changes required to the report or its schedule.
