The report is created to show a list of AD groups that have folder permissions on the target machine. The report does not show everywhere it is permission rather just show an AD group indicating it is permission on any folder (without membership). The report is created using ER v3.1.
The report has one input parameter: Computer Name

Instructions to use this report are as follows:
1. Run AD and NTFS Discoveries for the required scopes
2. Unzip and import the attached report in the Report Manager.
3. In Report Manager, supply the required parameter and run the report.
4. Optionally, export the data to CSV format.
