Shared Folder Summary by Accessed Date

The report is created to show a list of shared folders with their size, number of files and last accesed date. The report is created using ER v3.0.

The report has three input parameter: Computer Name, Accessed Date Greater Than, Accessed Date Less Than

Instructions:

Instructions to use this report are as follows:

1. Run NTFS Discovery for the required scopes

2. Unzip and import the attached report in the Report Manager.

3. In Report Manager, supply the required parameter and run the report.

4. Optionally, export the data to CSV format.

    Thanks for this Naureen, unfortunately I am getting no data from the report.  I have run all necessary discoveries and imported the report as per your instructions.  It seems that the accessed dates show account name? is that correct?

    Hi Mark, 

    Could you please enter date in the textbox in the format (YYYY-MM-DD) like:

    Also , if you could please try making 'greater than' parameter as Optional from parameters tab and run again without accessed date range to if any data is being returned?
