The current "Group Membership by Domain Account" report, doesn't report on accounts who were deleted from AD since they are marked as tombstoned (deleted) in the ER database.
The attached report will not filter out accounts that are marked as tombstoned..
You will need to run the SQL queries inside the "SQLQuery.txt" file before importing the custom report (to create views which are used by the report). Make sure to backup your database.
