Dear All,
We have configured 10+ applications and enabled request monitoring to full detail, After IIS restart the request details are collected for some time and stops automatically . At the same time we could see the Exceptions and the REQUEST RATE collected through Counter agents hence we are sure that there are hits to the server .
- Checked the Logs and it does not show any information on Why the request data collection stopped,
- Restarted the NEXUS Server.
- checked the Nexus logs and couldn't find any info.
- Restarted agent manager
- restarted the .net agent and it will work for some time and stops again.
Kindly let me know how we can identify the cause for this issue.
