Yesterday , we faced a strange issue. While uploading Cartridges to Foglight console, the upload process took around 45 mins and then failed, we suspect there is some port issue.
DOes any one have a list of Firewall ports that need to be checked so that Cartridges can be uploaded smoothly?
Are you install the cartridge from remote location other than FMS server and how large car file. What you can also do is install cartridge on FMS server via command
here are how you can do it.
1. Upload car file to FMS server $FGLHOME/bin
2. Login to FMS and go to $FGLHOME/bin directory
3. run this command
fglam.[bat|sh] -usr foglight -pwd Your_foglight_password -cmd cartridge:install -f cat_file_from_step_1
