we are not able to see data in CPU and Memory for a certain period of time, data is missing in some of the dates, and some of the weekly reports have no data at all.
Can you please clarify what specific dashboard/s and reports are you referring to? Perhaps it would be better to create a Support case for further investigation since there could be more than one reason for missing data.
I'm referring to the CPU and Memory graph report in the Infrastructure>hosts
Might be a datacollection blackout, you should check the agent logs
