Email only for Critical alarms

Hi,

How can I configure notifications so we only get an email for Critical alarms?

  • For all agent types, alarm template can be configured so that each severity for an alarm can be individual set to either fire or not fire an alarm using radio buttons.

    For some agents, such as SQL Server, the database administration dashboard also includes an Alarm tab that allows the user to choose which message severities (via a pulldown) will have emails sent out.

    For other agents, it may be possible to customize rules in the rule variables. Our Professional Services may be able to assist with this.
