Sorry for delay. Did you solve it? If not, could you add more details, is this repository a new one (never been processed) or a one that stopped to process for some reason. And please go to the Indexing tab of your repository in InTrust Manager (Configuration|Data Stores|Repositories) and check if the InTrust server that manages the index is a correct and operable. Also if you have other parameters on this tab other than default, please share this info. Also on the Repository tab, do you have Specific account or Job account to access the Repo (Job account is actually the account of InTrust Server service). Considering all above, please check whether your system really has access to the Repo.
