I'm having trouble finding how I can assign permissions to domain user accounts to view the alert details on the InTrust Monitoring Console.
When I open one of these links for alert details: For more information, follow this link: http://IntrustMgr.hepp.local/ITMonitoring/modal.alertinfo.asp?actcfgguid={D6404DC3-75FF-49AE-A680-A3F20F892573}&alertkey=F00F9EE2-6D65-F3C0-4E19-ECC362710784.
I get error message:
Cannot get alert information.
Enhanced error information.
Number: 0x80070005
Description: Access is denied.
I have launched the InTrust Monitoring Console Administration page and added this user to the users list, and added them to the IT security search groups of the InTrust MGR server.
