Litespeed Backup error [Shared Memory] General network error. Check your network documentation.

Hello All,

I've error after litespeed backup cluster mode Always On.

 

Executing the query "execute master ..xp_slssplmaint N'-BkUpMedia DISK -..." failed with the follwing error: "Msg 10053, Level 0, State 10, Line 1572864: [Shared Memory] ConnectionRead(recv()). 

 

Msg 11, Level 0, State 10, Line 1572864: [Shared Memory] General network error. Check your network documentation.

    This error could have a few causes. Please open a support case, if you have not already, and supply the following, so that we can investigate further.

    1. Litespeed log.
    2. Support bundle.
