Backups failing after litespeed upgrade

We upgraded litespeed to new latest version. after the upgrade our backups have been failing with the below error.

VDI open failed due to requested abort. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 111700) Internal media tables have not been updated: A RESTORE HEADERONLY will not be possible. Review the log (if available) for further details

    Hello,

    I would suggest opening a support ticket as we would need to review the Litespeed logs and a support bundle.Plus get details of your backup job.

    Unfortunately, the error you note is too generic to help with pin pointing your issue.
