we are considering moving to office 365. What's the process to move our archived emails to the cloud?
  • Hi Michael,

     

    Technically, Archive Manager cannot migrate archived emails. However, the steps below can make archived emails accessible after migration to Office 365:

     

    1. Create Azure application
    2. Migrate specified users to Office 365
    3. Create account with Global Admin rights, licensed, with mailbox
    4. Assign rights on Office 365 - Application Impersonation, Discovery Management, Delegated Access
    5. Create Public Folders and Organizational Forms Library
    6. Add Office 365 as new server to Archive Manager
    7. Import new accounts and merge them with older, if same users were archived on on-premise Exchange server
    8. Publish Forms
