Metalogix Expert / Migration Expert

Dear Team,

I have a problem with Metalogix Expert/Migration Expert on SETUP section.

I was fill.

FIRST NAME

LAST NAME

ORGANIZATION

MIGRATION TO: SharePoint Online

SHAREPOINT URL: <URL to APPLICATION on on premise SharePoint>

LEVEL OF ANALYSIS: Farm (othere this same efect)

CONNECT AS

Next step : CONTIONUE

and I recived:

Metalogix Expert could not connect to the specified SharePoint URL.

.....

What is problem.

I try use credention technical account FARM ADMIN too, ... the same efect.

I try install this tool to FrontEnd server of Farm... and the same problem.

Please help me with this problem.
