delta migration challanges

Dear Team,

 

we would like to discuss on delta migration challenges as in mentioned below.

 

we are migrating 12 TB data and migrating with online and offline approaches.

 

If change below things in sources environment

–If user will List and Libraries column structure in Source environment.

– IF Content Type modified or updated.

–Document version needs to be published / approved as a full version.

–If Delete any document in source environment after offline migration.

–if  List/Libraries property changes in source environment after offline migration

– If Workflows is updated in source environment after offline migration

    Hi Chandra,

     

    Your list of changes on the source environment that you listed should be copied when performing a delta migration except for the following:

    • Deleted document in source environment after offline migration -- But, the Custom Copy has the "Migrate Item Deletions Only" option, which will allow you to delete any item on the target that have been deleted on the source.
    • Workflows updated in source environment after offline migration -- Workflows require a Full Copy.
