Files larger than 1 GB

Is there an Environmental setting that will allow Metalogix Content Matrix to copy files larger than 1 GB?

    Hi Carolee, the only limit would be what your destination is set to allow. There is no setting to adjust in Content Matrix.

      Hi Pat,

      Thanks for confirming... I should have mentioned I am migrating from O365 to O365... and the file size allowed is 10 to 15 GB, depending on whether it is ODFB or a site... But no file larger than 1 GB succeeds.  When this involves a OneDrive, which cannot be put into File Explorer mode, the remediation is very tedious.  Ah Well...

        Ok that makes sense, This is something you should open a ticket for with the team through the normal support channel, they will need to look into this further with you.
