I made the changes detailed in the support article for "AddAndCustomizePages permission is required to update view CAML" and I'm still getting the error that I'm not able to migrate views

Hi Joel,

Since the issue is caused by a permission restriction implemented in Office 365, it is best to contact Microsoft as they are in the best position to address if there's another workaround to override the said restriction.

Ran into the same issue. This is what I did to resolve it.

Set-SPOsite https://<your root site url> -DenyAddAndCustomizePages 0

@Justin Alcorta I found that solution and have run that PowerShell script against my tenant, but I'm still receiving this error.
