We are running a migration of our intranet tothe cloud. some of our pages are landing checked out and it's obvious that it is because a couple of the required fields from our content type are not filled out on the source and consequently landing checked out.
This is a common problem and we know about the "Defer Required fields" setting but we are not on an older version of content matrix where that setting is not available. We have been using Begin and End PowerShell Transforms from Metalogix (Yogi) on "SharePoint Items" that set Required = False for the begin and then set them back for the end transform. For some reason this is not working.
Any ideas on this. Any ideas as to why these transforms may not work for Pages?
