Content Matrix access issue through MEWS connection type

we have installed MEWS 8.3.0.3 in prod web front end and we have installed same version ​of MEWS in our local dev server and different version of Content Matrix SharePoint edition 8.5.0004. when we are trying to connect prod urls using MEWS connection type it's throwing error, please refer attachment. could you help us on this to make the connection successful at the earliest? we suspect two things

 

  1. we installed MEWS some time in Nov 2017 using offline activation, do we need to refresh license status in prod?

 

        2.In case if it is due to version mismatch of Content Matrix Console version let us know from where I can get 8.3.0.3.

 

Kindly suggest us right approach.
